Hi, I'm Jo May, Holistic Core Restore® coach, Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist, specialising in women's Health, fitness and wellness in the post natal period and beyond.
As a mum myself, my passion is working with women to reconnect with their core and pelvic floor to regain their strength, mobility and fitness, weeks, months, years and decades after they have had their children.....its never too late!
Having come from a Bootcamp loving, marathon running background, Holistic Core Restore® and my Sports Massage Therapy training have been an absolute REVELATION to me in terms of the needs of women after having their children.
We will start by building strong foundations and progress you to your goals, keeping your pelvic health firmly in mind as we get you there!
